due to cliamtic change the rivers of bangladesh seriously effected . as a result some where river destroy the public shelters with its wealth and some where river is dying producing the desert situation .the people of paturia on the bank of the river padma lost their houses and other wealth due to the river erotion in the monsoon of 3013

SONDIA IS AN ISLAND ON THE BAY OF BENGAL. ITS AREA IS 4.63 SQ KM NEAR COX BAZAR ONLY 20-30 MINUTES WAY BY SPEED BOAT. FISHER MEN FROM SURROUNDING MAKE THEIR TEMPORARY SHELTER WITH FISH DRYING STAGE FOR SIX MONTHS( IT IS SINK UNDER BAY WATER REST OF THE YEAR) FOR FISHING AND DRY THEM TO MAKE DRY FISHES.IT IS AN EXPORTABLE GOODS OF BANGLADESH .
