মুমূর্ষ তুরাগ নদী এখন নদী খেকো হাঙ্গরদের প্রকান্ড উদরে ঢুকে গেছে ! অবশিষ্ট যেটুকু আছে তাও কলকারখানার রাষায়নিক বর্জ্য আর মানুষের অসচেতন মানুষের অত্যাচারে মৎসবিহীন পঁচা দূর্গন্ধযুক্ত সামান্য পানীর খাল ! কেউ একজন রসিকতা করে একটা সাইনবোর্ড লাগিয়েছ আশুলিয়া তুরাগ খাল ! এরই মধ্যে আজ সকালে ক্ষুদার্ত ঈগলের খাবার শিকারের ব্যর্থ চেষ্টা !
